this one is lame...my office is hot---so I don't like to be on the computer during nap time cause its so stinkin hot in that room. dumb..I know. That's also my excuse for not wanting to fold clothes during nap time---my room is hot and that's where the clean clothes are. OH YA...I have a movie to watch while folding clothes today. Sweet. ttyl.

1st Day of Preschool

Finally :D Here's some pictures from the first day of preschool! Jacob was so happy to be going to school! He loves his backpack that Heath picked out for him. Isn't the yellow so cute. He was having fun sitting by the door waiting to go to school. He's there for 2 and a half hours and I'm loving the time I have to be with just Lexi!

Mrs. Heidi: "Oh, what happened to your eye Jacob?"

Jacob: "I have an ouch-ie"

Mrs. Heidi: "Ya, I see that. What happened Jacob?"

Jacob: "I have to watch out for walls"

love it. I was rolling. Where does this kids come up with this stuff!!???

Jacob: "Heaf, Where did your hair go?"

Heath: "I cut it Jacob"

Jacob: " WAIT!!!!! I found it! It fell onto your chest"

We Were totally Cracking up.

Preschool Preview

Stopping to pose for a picture :D He's carrying his binoculars we bought at a garage sale earlier that morning. He really wanted to bring them so he could properly preview the preschool. lol. I love how his mind works.

Preschool started this past week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 2.5 hours each day! Wohooo! Jacob loves the interaction with other kids and I love my shopping/cleaning time...and alone time with Lexi! These pictures are when we went to the Preview Day.

I'm having fun watching him learning new things. He's struggling a little..but what 3 year old wouldn't?! His b-day isn't until November. I took some pics on the 1st day...still trying to find those...hmmm.

Big Helper!

Working in the garage with the whole fam! My mom was so nice to watch Lexi while Jacob, Heath, and I were at his Preschool Preview. Lexi went with my mom to a baptism ( hence the dress :). Afterwards we were hard at work in the garage trying to set up some shelved my dad gave us. Thanks Dad!!

Jacob loves to see how things work - so setting up shelves was a PERFECT activity for him. Good teacher - heath!

Jacob wanted to nap in my room. Alrighty. I was actually happy about it cause I really needed to go through his closet and clean out old clothes and stuff. My sweet baby boy is getting so big. Awww.

We really really really needed to get out. So, as early as possible---we went to the park! Jacob played nicely with the sand in the shade...while Lexi and I sorted mom's coupons and played with the camera.

Note: We all had lots of water---not just diet coke. Its so super important to keep kiddos hydrated in the heat! Thank goodness my kids love water!

Cousin Fieldtrip!

Destination: Mesa Arizona LDS Temple!

Look at the sky!! It was a beautiful SCREAMIN Hot Day! The kids loved it.

My mom and I took Jacob, Lexi, and cousin Tate to visit the temple for a few minutes since I had an errand to run in Mesa just down the street. Thanks mom for coming along...the kids absolutely LOVE you and I really appreciated the help and your company. (quickly----I love my mother. I love that we live so close and I love that my kids SHOUT for joy when she visits and are grinning from ear to ear when they see her. xoxo)
