So, for Heath's birthday we were going to make Taco Stacks...or some variation of that----and this was HIS creation. He's such a food artist. You may not think it looks good---but my mouth is watering just looking at it. I love my heath's cooking. :D I made all the ingredients and he put it all together. Corn tortillas, egg, cheese, black beans, enchilada sauce, ground turkey, and cilantro. It was delicious. Good job heath!
